Step one:
on the left hand menu you will see the button- "listings' Click this and you will see a page looking like the image below

Icons at a glance

On the right you'll see the following icons:
Icons marked with an * are explained in greater detail below

Simply click this to view your listing as visitors would it opens in a new page)
* If your listing has images- this is where you can add them
* If you want to change your listings category or edit the content- click this button
* Some listings contain Attachments- this button allows you to add them
* Here you will see statistics for that listing- How many hits, website click throughs and emails sent to you

In Greater detail

When clicked you will see this page click "add image"

 

So Click add image and you will be asked to upload an image and give it a title, a description- navigate to your file and submit


Edit Listings is just that you can change everything including category listings, so if your a venue with a cocktail party category listing and it isn't working for you- you may want to change the text and images- or change to the wedding category for example

This is where you add your documents Click "Add Document"
You are allowed Word documents and PDF's

And similar to images above you will add a title, you can add a description and upload

 


This is where you will find your individual listing statistics- these statistics will be for your listing- so if you have several listings- you can see which is doing better than the others

Banner impressions are not used, we will "probably" incorporate these in the future, but we hate banners to be honest and we have a feeling that our visitors do as well.


 

How to add Video to your listing

Step 1: You will need a youtube account which is free go here to sign up http://www.youtube.com/create_account

Step 2: Once you have your account and you have uploaded videos navigate to your video and to the right you will see an image like the one below

Step 3: Copy and paste the embed code highlighted above (copy all the code in the embed box)
do not copy the URL box!

Step 4: Return to your Events Choice account- sign in, click my account and then listings

Step 5: on the listings page Click the edit icon    and on the new edit page scroll down to description field below

Step 6: Add all the text changes you wish to make and then click source (located in the upper right see image above)

Step 7; Paste the youtube embed code under all the other text

Step 8: Scroll down to the bottom and click submit- and now you have a youtube video on your listing
